Tom Crossmon formed Crossmon Consulting in 2008 with the goal of helping families by performing difficult drowning victim recovery. Tom brings his 30 years of experience as a member of the St. Louis County Rescue Squad based out of St. Louis County, Minnesota. Dave Phillips has 28 years of law enforcement experience with the St. Louis County, Minnesota, Sheriff’s Office. Together, they offer 40 plus years of technical expertise in Side Scan Sonar and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).
During early development, in addition to search and recovery, and light salvage, demand grew from public safety agencies to learn more on utilizing sonar and ROV equipment for drowning victim recovery. This resulted in the development of various training seminar programs.
