Tom Crossmon formed Crossmon Consulting in 2008 with the goal of helping families by performing difficult drowning victim recovery. Tom brings his 30 plus years of experience as a member of the St. Louis County Rescue Squad based out of St. Louis County, Minnesota. Dave Phillips has 30 plus years of law enforcement experience with the St. Louis County, Minnesota, Sheriff’s Office. Together, they offer 40 plus years of technical expertise in underwater Side Scan Sonar and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) equipment.
